Preparing For The Appointment With My Surgeon

I've started preparing a summary for my next assessment. There is a lot of ground I need to cover the with the surgeon. He doesn't need to know my day to day life since I was his patient. He needs to know trends. I am working on preparing a summary of my hip replacement surgeries not resulting in a recovery. Then I will prepare a list of symptoms and concerns. This will help me with my presentation and demonstrate my level of commitment to my health care.
