Firt Bowel Movement Since My Right Artificial Hip Revision Surgery

I just had my first bowel movement since surgery. I'm not constipated. I was even able to manage the walk to the toilet. Then my new artificial hip needed around 10 minutes of sitting to recover. They rolled me back. Everything considered my body is rebounding really well considering the challenges of the past few weeks.
