Updated My Pain Management Doctor

My pain management doctor wants me to check in with his medical secretary when I require new prescriptions. I have just sent an e-mail for this purpose. I have also included a summary of my health care treatment progress since my most recent appointment with him. I am trying my best to be transparent with him. I like my pain management doctor. He is easy to talk with. I didn't find preparing this hard. With how challenging my pain has been during the past few weeks I asked a friend to read over what I typed before sending it. This is another chore I am able to remove from my "to do" list and no longer need to keep track of.
