Faxed Letter To The Eye Doctor

My right eye isn't doing okay this evening. I have a very narrow question I think the eye doctor who is treating me could answer without the need for an appointment. I just wrote a short letter posing the question and a summary of what has transpired that matches the follow up questions I was asked at my most recent appointment. If I could avoid going to an appointment with the eye doctor I would like to do so. The environment this eye doctor has created is very special. The ambience feels more like visiting a friend instead of a doctor office where this is employment instead of a life long commitment to the doctor. Based on this I think there is a reasonable chance I will be responded to.
