Bruising Of My Right Knee Joint

While I was changing for the pool I discovered that my right knee joint is bruised above the knee cap. It is where the tendons and ligaments join onto the knee cap. The best case scenario is a popped blood vessel. Worse case is something is torn. It does explain what I was feeling weak and had a poor nights sleep.
