A Second Night Of Improved Sleep

While the youth was at my home Friday afternoon I had him switch the positions of my bed and sofa. Originally my bed was facing a southern exposure window. I worked out that the sun rising was waking me up and causing me broken sleep. In turn this broken sleep was adding momentum to the pain I experience. Moving my bed has improved the quality of my sleep. It is still not ideal. But even small progress is progress. I am very grateful for this.
