Poor Customer Service From RBC Royal Bank For My RDSP

I am very frustrated with RBC Royal Bank. I've just finished writing a letter to their national office. The customer service I've received for my Registered Disability Savings Plan has been very poor. I am at the point where I don't know which employees to trust because of the mixed and contradictory messages I've received. Thankfully I've dealt with all but (1) through the RBC online banking and have transcripts of their employees own words to show their national office. I need to start fresh with a different financial institution. I am inquiring if there is a penalty for moving the registered plan. If so, I've asked that it be waived.
