The parcel packaging paper has arrived. Boy am I relieved. This has been a horrible online shopping experience. The office supply store I originally purchased from told me "wait 2 days" for tracking details a total of 3 times and "wait 5 days" once. Ultimately their finding supported what I came to expect: That it is simply lost.
What troubled me more is multiple tickets were created when I was told to wait. The shipping department didn't get back to me until nearly 3 weeks had passed. The bottom line is that I will purchase parcel paper from a competitor in the future. I'm not interested in being strung along.
