Completed My Electrocardiography (ECG)

I've had an ECG. The technician was wonderful with me. I was so uncomfortable during the procedure. Unfortunately this doesn't really represent my heart in day to day living.
I've had a few high blood pressure readings. These have coincide with pain and broken sleep. I am not overly concerned about my heart. But I am wanting to be diligent and responsible. I am trying to take care of myself.
