Suggestion For Improving The Ministry Of Transportation - Accessible Parking Permit Program

Earlier in the week I received my new Accessible Parking Permit. The policy has changed. New permits being issued are no longer laminated. Instead a pouch is provided for storage. I've wrote a letter to the Ministry of Transportation suggesting a grommet is included in the pouch for storage when the permit isn't in use.
This is along the theme of preventing permits from becoming lost and needing to be replaced. I am handy. I enjoy using my hands. I get so much joy out of this. I made the modification I've described and included a photo to show what I am suggestion.
