Adding Grommet To Accessible Parking Pass For Storage

I've added a grommet to my new accessible parking permit. I don't own a vehicle right now. I need a system to store this when not in use. This will be able to hang on the wall with my keys when I am not out with friends. It will be handy when someone is going to take me out. I am pleased with this.
