Resolving My Complaint To The Rehabilitation Organization

I've exchanged a few e-mails with the CEO of the rehabilitation organization where I do my physiotherapy. The poster I've complained about as being discriminatory and bias has been removed from their physiotherapy clinic. I will continue my physiotherapy treatment with them.
