Inquiring About A Replacement Fob For My Mobility Scooter

When my mobility scooter was delivered I simply added the mobility scooter fob and key to my lanyard I wear along side my other keys. I attached these using the loop / ring provided with my mobility scooter. When the loop failed both the mobility scooter fob and key fell to the ground. The fob was damaged. I am trying to work out if I can get a replacement of this. I've reached out to a manufacturer for help.
