Defective Laptop Computer For My Laser Engraver Has Been Returned

The laptop computer I ordered to run my laser engraver hasn't worked out. Fresh out of the box it began to repeatedly turn itself off. Also the operating system was crashing. I've never had any computer I own do this.
A friend has helped me today by driving me to the store to return it. There is too much loose snow for my power wheelchair to make the trip. Also it is unusually cold and not safe to travel with my wheelchair. When I get home I'll arrange for a replacement to be shipped to my home.
