I've really struggled with my physical challenges and chronic pain during the past few days. My physical disability and chronic pain has been very flared up. It has really limited what I've been able to accomplish.
I just can't make it to the disability office to deliver the paperwork for my latest inheritance installment. When my pain is bad I need to make sure I am taking care of myself. I need to get this by the end of the month. I've decided to fax the summary I prepared for my case worker. This chore is done.
