An Arrangement For My Winter Snow Removal

I've made an arrangement for my winter snow removal. The city where I live has a curb side parking ban during the winter months. The house on the west side of mine is a rental property. Several adults live there. There just isn't driveway space for all their vehicles.
One of the adults has approached me with a request to park in my drive way for the winter. I don't have a vehicle. I've struck up a deal. In exchange for using my drive way I've asked that he will keep my sidewalk clear of snow. What this means is as his vehicle is warming up he clears the sidewalk. It isn't long. It should work out well for both of us. We both have something the other needs. I am really pleased.
