Initial Contact With the Business Responsible For Performing A Warranty Repair On My New Sewing Machine

I've had the initial contact with the business contracted by my new sewing machine manufacturer. The motor on my sewing machine is making a weird smell. It reminds of either a lack of lubrication or an electrical motor burning out. I've been asked to wait until a manager is spoke to about this. I hope it will work out. I've discovered just how much I enjoy sewing. It would do me good to make crafts in the evening to help me co-exist with my chronic pain. I really enjoy the creative part of this.
