Applied UV Protective Clear Coat To My Outdoor Storage Bin

I've had the outdoor storage bin setup for a few days now. I've now applied a UV protective clear coat to it. This is to protect the sun from degrading the plastic. It is to protect my investment.
For those who use vehicle scrap yards to obtain parts for their vehicle you will know what I am talking about. Eventually plastic degrades and crumbles from the effects of the sun and weather. This should lengthen the service life of the outdoor storage bin.
I've also set an appointment with myself to re-apply the UV protective coating each year. I heavily rely upon my computer calendar to keep track of my appointments and commitments. I'd be lost without my calendar keeping track of my commitments. It is a very helpful tool.
