Final Session Of The Course I Took

Today was the final session of the course I took for those living with chronic conditions. I've really enjoyed doing this. I've enjoyed the discussions. I've already realized many of the textbook lessons. The practical discussion on how to live this out has been helpful to me.
I do have a bit more work to do related to this course. I've used my tablet and blue tooth tablet keyboard to take notes during each session. I need to move these onto my computer for future reference. Part of me taking this course was leaving myself with a solid set of notes for future reference. This is to help me when I am going through the motions of the harder challenges of living with my physical disability and chronic pain.
All in all this has been time well spent. I am pleased with the decision I made to attend this.
