Arranged Pre Left Knee Replacement Surgery Physiotherapy Appointment

I have reached out the Total Joint Replacement Program physiotherapist to ask if he would see me and go through the initial physiotherapy for knee replacement surgery with me again. The initial 14 days from when my right knee joint was replaced in April 2026 are a blur. I don't remember in detail what I needed to do. There are also a few questions I want to ask for advice for the challenges I ran into when my right knee joint was replaced. I need to understand what is best for me if doing all the exercises for the prescribed number of repeats just isn't physically possible. It was horrible when my right knee joint seized in place. I was really glad friends stepped up to help me during this. I couldn't do for myself. I think the time the physiotherapist will spend with me before surgery will be time well spent.
