Faxed A Letter Concerning My Seroma

I am having a very hard time managing the pain from the seromas that are under my 2025 hip replacement revision surgeries. The pain is absolutely exhausting and debilitating me. I have decided to take the step to ask the doctor responsible for managing these if there is any short term steps that could be taken to better manage the pain. I have explained how it is debilitating me and the knock on effect this is having on the rest of my life.
I am confident I will be heard. I am just unsure if there is anything more they can do in the short term. We don't want to perform the surgery to remove the seromas until after I have undergone my second knee replacement surgery and recovered. The challenge is that the seroma had my hip replacement revision surgery incision opened for about 6 months. We want to make it so I am able to use the warm water therapy pool for my knee replacement surgery recovery. The recovery from my knee replacement surgery was especially painful. The warmth of the water is comforting to do the physiotherapy in.
