Delivery Of My Peddle Exerciser For The Recovery Of My Knee Replacement

The peddle exerciser that I ordered has arrived. I am hoping to use this to make gentle arcs. I am planning to peddle to higher edge of my range of motion, hold it for 5 seconds and then peddle to the lower edge of my range of motion. I am really counting on this aiding in my recovery. I am unsure of what else to do until my incision is closed and it is safe to use the warm water therapy pool for my recovery.
