Digital Bathroom Scales I Purchased Have Been Delivered

The digital scales I purchased for my bathroom has been delivered. I am genuinely glad it has been delivered. In 2004 I purchased a set of scales that uses a spring. It is wearing out now. The disc that has the weights on it keeps jamming. It is time to start over.
I have been looking at very digital scales. Some of them seem to be gimmicks. I can't really prove this. They are trying to extrapolate so much information that I am having a hard time believing that it is reliable.
Instead I started looking for digital scales that I thought would be practical. I have purchased a model that has Bluetooth to record the data for tracking over time. The data it stores is:
- Weight
- Body Mass Index
- Body Fat
- Water
- Muscle
- Bone
- Heart Rate
These items seem practical. I really like the idea that it checks for a pulse in my feet. This will be confirmation that I have blood flow in my feet following surgery. With knee surgery there is a high risk of blood clots. It is an elevated risk compared to hip surgery. Being able to have this checked will be helpful if I am trying to make a decision if I need the local hospital emergency department to screen me for a blood clot. I think this is money that has been well spent.
