A Friend Took Out The Garbage For Me

One of my friends has stopped at my home on the way home from work. I asked if he would bring my garbage to the curb for pick up tomorrow. I am not able to do this myself following my artificial hips being replaced. I could see in his face that he is tired this evening. However he made some time to visit with me. I really appreciated this. The recovery from my right artificial hip being replaced has been very difficult. My right knee has prevented me from progressing through a normal course of physiotherapy. I just haven't had the time around people during the past 3 months. It was really nice having someone to talk to for a few minutes.
