Routine Dental Cleaning

I have just finished at the dentist. It was time for my teeth to be cleaned again. It went well. I found today really encouraging. My dental hygienist measured where my teeth meet my gums. I took a break from going to the dentist during the pandemic. When she finished measuring I saw a graphic on her computer from my first time back to the dentist following the pandemic. It is amazing the progress I've made helping my gums heal and be healthy. It is a really great partnership between her and I. The hygienist has never made me feel about about the plaque on my teeth. She has tries her best to keep me comfortable during my cleanings. She has prioritized where I need to focus in order to continue improving with my home dental care. It has been really great. I am glad I had this appointment today.
