Another Migraine Headache

I have another migraine headache. My knee pain has triggered this. I was really concerned on August 3rd when I had the first one if this was going to become my knee normal and horrible existence. Sadly it appears this is the case. It is so crippling, mentally exhausting and uses up my emotional fortitude just to cope with being so physically weak. My IQ assess in my teens and I was found to be abnormally smart. I only know how to function in life with the abnormal amount of knowledge and self awareness. I feel lost in life with my migraine headache robs me of this. I hope this passes soon. I am so physically weak. Having a migraine headache is a truly horrible experience.
