A Visit With The Pharmacy Owner

Two days ago my medication delivery happened in the evening. This is the third time when it hasn't been in the morning even though I request it. The reason this is important to me is because when the evening prescription delivery occurs I need to already have left for the pool.
I asked that the pharmacy owner come see me at my home so this can be sorted out. We've had a productive dialogue. He is going to speak to the pharmacy staff to get this sorted at their end. I can tell he cares. I believe his empathy is genuine.
