Asked For Another Appointment Concerning My Artificial Left Hip Malfunctioning

Five days ago I went to pick something up off the floor. It was directly in front of me. In many ways picking this up was similar to touching my toes. The pain felt like when I have accidentally bite my tongue. I don't understand why the hip is doing this to me. This has happened enough times that I realize it is now an ongoing problem. I am now familiar with it and am able to accurately describe what is happening to the surgeon. I have just wrote and faxed a letter to my surgeon to ask for another appointment about this specifically. When he and I talked about my hip previously I wasn't sure if this was going to continue being a problem. Also I needed this to happen enough times so I could accurately describe what happened in order to ask for help. I don't know what else to do. When this happened to me it was very painful. I am not able to conceive of any situation where this is normal.
