Updating My Health Card

In June 2024 I renewed my accessible parking permit for the next 5 years. While speaking with the Service Ontario employee I had a second question: My health card has never included my second middle name. I wanted to get this added. It has always been on my drivers license. The Service Ontario employee explained if I brought my birth certificate to them they would gladly add this. Since I have some time and want to get out of the house I just went there and got this taken care of. There was a bit of a wait because of other people arriving before me. When it was my turn I was taken care of. I will receive a new health card in about 2 weeks. For the time being I have been given a paper confirmation for if need to go to the hospital or have any medical appointments between now and then. I am really glad this is taken care of.
