It is obvious that I am needing to advocate for myself with the knee surgeon I am waiting to have an appointment with in Ottawa. The 3 day migraine headache starting with my knee pain that I have just come through has put my life into a whole new level of challenges that simply aren't sustainable. I have just left a voice mail message for the surgeon's medical secretary I had an appointment with on August 1st. I want to confirm the name of the surgeon before I send him a letter. I am trying to ask for help in an effective way. It is concerning me how weak my body is making me feel.
