Inquiring About OC Transpo From VIA Rail To The Hospital

One of my friends has spent some time visiting me. Since he previously worked in Ottawa I asked if he and I could work through the travel involved for me to have the first appointment with my new surgeon. This was a very helpful conversation. I have just e-mailed OC Transpo with some follow up questions I have. I am wanting to know what is involved in gaining access to their para-transit service, what transit routes I would need to use if I can't get a ride with their para-transit service and if their regular bus routes are all accessible to board using my power wheelchair.
