Mailed Printed Copy To My Pain Management Doctor

I have just mailed a printed copy of the letter I wrote to my pain management doctor asking that he assume temporary responsibility for prescribing the medication for my chronic pain. I have paid for tracking to prove this letter will be received by the pain management clinic I attend. I am asking he assume temporary responsibility for prescribing my pain management regime. With the way my family doctor is acting indifferent towards me this has become necessary. I will also be alleging breaches of the policy that mandates the physicians behaviour in the professional environment towards me. These are the basis of me asking my pain management doctor to prescribe the medications for my chronic pain until I am able to get a different family doctor. I need to move on from my existing family doctor for my own good. I am willing to advocate for myself when it is necessary.
