An Honest Mistake With The Pet Store Supplier

The pet store just got out the box the hamster was shipped in. It has only about 4 inches of shavings. The supplier forgot to include the hamster. I'd be willing to bet the supplier either had a phone call or has to use the washroom and lost track of where they were at. It will be another week before I get Gary. I have a hard time finding fault in what is an honest mistake. Although I really do want a little buddy here with me as I go through the treatment for my damn artificial hip having hardware failure.
