My Left Hip Has Ground Again

I am a bit gutted and in a world of pain again. My damn artificial left hip has malfunctioned again. I just heard the loud grinding noise coming from my artificial hip. The great sin that caused this was that I wanted to suck on some frozen mango pieces. I was turning my body 45 degrees to be lined up to my vertical freezer. I need to take the next step. I am going to reach out the surgeon who replaced my hips to ask for help. This can't continue. When this happens the pain is so debilitating. It makes me feel very weak. When a clusters of these happen I am not able to make progress on my goals for several days. I try really hard to live my life. To the best of my ability to tell I have not violated the parameters of my artificial hip joints. I wish this wasn't happening to me. But I am prepared to face this head on and get help from the orthopaedic community in order to get this fixed. I am becoming increasingly concerned that this means I need my 8th hip surgery. I just want to live my life and have meaningful positive impact on some people.
