Just Blocked The Scarf I Knitted Using My Knitting Machine

I have just finished blocking the scarf I created using my knitting machine. I have really enjoyed learning how to block it. I've enjoyed the learning just as much as I have doing it. I thoroughly enjoy the creative process. I get a lot of satisfaction out of the creative process. It helps compensate for my physical disability. The reason blocking is necessary is because of the yarn being a man made fiber. The yarn I purchased is made out of polyester. The "pearl" stitch is what causes the curling around the edges. This has been my first time blocking a craft I made out of yarn. It has gone well. I am pleased. Tomorrow I just need to remove the pins and then I will get this packaged up and mail it to the friend I made the scarf for.
