Rocky The Hamster Has Died

I just found Rocky The Hamster's body. He was 2 years 3 days old. When I checked on Rocky at noon he was struggling to breathe. I knew the end was near. Just over a week ago Rocky developed an abscess in his cheek. For a hamster this is terminal. over the past week I focused on keeping him comfortable and getting him to regularly eat. I am going to ask my friend Joe if he'd dig a hole so I may bury Rocky. I love him. I'll miss him.
