Friend Came To Visit

I just had a wonderful visit. One of my friends stopped by. This friend serves in the Canadian military. He is in the midst of switching bases. His travels had him spending the night in the city where I live. He has been very kind and supportive of me. I enjoyed this visit in what has been a few difficult weeks with my eye having an allergic reaction to the preservative in the medication to treat a mild case of pink eye and with Rocky The Hamster in the advanced stages of old age.
