Letter To Canada Post

I use online shopping for nearly all of my purchases. It promotes my quality of life. I have the will to do for myself. I seek out techniques to manage the most independence possible. Certainly online shopping is a good strategy in managing my physical disability and chronic pain.
There were several short comings to a recent delivery. I've sent a complaint to Canada Post's national office. What I've asked is for additional time to be spent in order to prevent a recurrence.
With the vast majority of my online purchases being delivered by Canada Post with no issues I am not interested in going into more detail than this in my blog about this incident. I am hoping Canada Post will get to the root causes of the issues I've experienced.
