Ordered A Newer Model Arduino For My Sump Pump Monitoring Project

My sump pump monitoring project got turned on it's head today. The Arduino compatible board I am using isn't able to make an SSL ("https") connection. It doesn't have the processing ability to assess the security certificate. Thankfully these are mass produced. I am able to buy a current model for roughly $7 CAD a piece. I've ordered a replacement and it will arrive in about 2 weeks. This is fairly minor in the scheme of things. I had wanted the monitoring in place for when my sump pump started running with the spring thaw. At this point I've accepted that I will get it working when the components arrive. So be it.
