Injured My Right Knee Joint Getting Into Bed

I've just experienced an unexpected setback with my physical disability. I hurt my right knee getting into bed. I don't even know what I did wrong. I've gone from the pain I experience being under control to the pain surging and preventing me from sleeping. It is going to be a long night. I suppose this will be another 'pro' in the list of reasons I will be asking a surgeon to replace my knee when I have my knee replacement surgery assessment.
