On November 17th I had a pain management appointment. What I focused on was the next progress of the numbing gel I apply to my knee when I go to bed at night. What my pain management doctor suggested I try next has just been delivered. I don't know what to make of this. I have an open mind. I just want to be able to sleep at night. I can't when my knees are screaming at me. I am really hoping this will help me.
