Supplements For Managing My Arthritis Pain Have Been Delivered
[ Wednesday August 31st 2022 at 1:43 pm ]

It has come time again to re-supply the supplements that ease the symptoms of my physical disability and arthritis pain. Some of these have been delivered today. To help others these are what I use for supplements and have been recommended for me to use by the health care professionals in managing my chronic pain (including a pain specialist). I am happy that there are options other than prescription pain medication with the risks and challenges of using these medications.

  • Magnesium Bisglycinate (200 mg capsules) relieves muscle pain
  • Omega 3 (1200 mg capsules) relieve arthritis pain in my knees. For what is wrong with my knee joints this is more effective than anti inflammatory medication.
  • Chondroitin Sulfate (600 mg tablets) helps slow down the progression of arthritis
  • Melatonin (1 mg tablets) helps me sleep on days when I try to do some very basic exercise. Otherwise the broken sleep becomes it's own debilitating problem.

With experiencing less than stellar circumstances the relief these brings is very helpful to me. This is all a complex equation that hopefully lands me on the side of being more functional.
