I've had a pleasant surprise: The warranty replacement UPS battery backup - surge protector has arrived! I was just in contact with their technical support personal at the end of last week. I am pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly. APC has been easy to deal with my warranty claim. Their warranty is why I purchased from their brand. When the warranty was needed they made good on it.
