Bidet Hooked Up. Now I Need To Learn How To Use It

I've accomplished one of my goals today. I hooked up the bidet I ordered. Now I just need to learn how to use it.

Skin breakdown on my bum and skin between my scrotum and inner thigh periodically breaks down. It is a side effect of relying upon a power wheelchair. There is a antibiotic cream I use to stay ahead of this. For those interested it is (DIN 00586676). However this is a double edged sword: This is an antibiotic. You can build immunity from it. The doctors have told me very bluntly there is a chance I could build up immunity to it and then they are unsure how they'd treat the skin break down. This was said to me in the context of encouraging me to do everything possible to keep the skin dry and if I detect any patterns to avoid the skin breakdown from happening to begin with.

I was up late one night playing WreckFest with 2 of the guys. We had a very honest discussion about this. One of them suggested I consider a bidet. These are common in Europe. It is an alternative to avoid toilet paper. This washes the anus. The model I purchased has a built in air dryer. I think this will help make a difference. I am wiling to do anything I can in order to help myself and improve my quality of life. I perceive the use of a bidet will help intervene with the skin break down I experience.
