A New Battery For Leroy (My Robot Vacuum)

Three weeks ago I contacted Neato Robitics technical support concerning a battery I had purchased in May 2021. It came with a 6 month warranty. It wouldn't charge. We are in the midst of covid. It is obvious FedEx became very back logged. The parcel sat for 2 weeks in Ohio before it began it's journey to my home here in Canada. The battery is now here. I am hoping I can get my robot vacuum cleaning again after the initial charge. I have a physical disability. The past 3 weeks has exposed just how much I rely on the robot vacuum for sweeping the floor each day. I've discovered just how hard this is for me to do with the challenges with all my hips, knees and ankles.
