Follow Up From Cars Blocking My Drive

This morning the security company the city contracts (which addresses parking violations) followed up with me. I was provided the phone number of the security company manager when the 'Private Drive Way, No Parking' sign was erected in the fall of 2016. When I tried to reach him yesterday morning the call went directly to voice mail. This morning he gave me their office phone number as a backup.
Overall the city has taken my concern seriously. Friends need to be able to park in my drive way when they come to assist me. Para transit vehicles need to be able to load and unload me so I am able to attend my medical appointments. Should I need to call an ambulance in the event of a medical emergency they need to gain access to my property. I am quite grateful for this.
