I've found Epson salts help the pain and stiffness in my legs. With winter coming I am trying to stock up on what I can use that has a sufficient shelf life to be purchased now and be one less item I need to get to my home during the winter months. I've stocked up on what I'll use this winter. I'm trying to plan ahead to make this winter as easy as possible for me.
