Completed House Insurance Renewal For Another Year

I just completed the process of renewing my house insurance for another year. I am renewing with the same provider. I've decided to go back to monthly payments. This makes the most sense for how I am presently structuring my money right now. I have stayed with the same provider. I've copied the appropriate documents to give to my disability case worker in proving my actual cost of housing.
