Renewed My Mortgage

I had been expecting to pay off my mortgage this summer using inheritance money I'm receiving from my dad's estate. I had been intentional about making lump sum payments to the principal of my mortgage when receiving each installment. This process has now been slowed down on account of Covid19. Instead I've simply renewed my mortgage for another year. I will address this when I receive the next inheritance installment.
