ThThe Transfer Of Family Doctor's Is In Motion

The transfer to my new family doctor has been set in motion. I reached out to the administrator on the weekend after another serious setback with my ankle. I am sure I felt a partial tear occur on Saturday when I stretched my ankle while I was laying down in bed.
I've really struggling with my hips and knees. Both of my knees have been worsening in 2020. I have been trying to do the 30 minutes of mobility recommended to me. This is to keep the bone healthy that supports my artificial hip joints. I do not in any way find this easy. But having an artificial hip come loose inside me is a far worse prospect than the challenge of walking.
The intake appointments will not be until mid September. At least it is in motion. Considering the impact to Ontario Canada's health care on account of covid19 I am satisfied with this.
